  Work processes
  System of charges
The table below shows the flow of work processes. These can be adjusted flexibly according to the deadline and the type of document. The medium for final delivery can also vary, including printed matter, CD-ROM, HTML documents, and so on. We'll meet your requirements.
1 Inquiry & initial meeting
Following the initial inquiry, meeting is held to discuss requirements.
This includes discussion of the content, purpose of use, deadline, delivery format, etc. A quotation (estimate of costs) is then drawn up on the basis of this.

2 Coordination
We select the best translators and editing staff to suit the client's requirements.

3 Translation
After ample research and preliminary reading, the translation work starts.

4 First check
The translated text is checked in line with JTC QC standards.

5 Editing
Editing and layout work (Quark, word, HTML document, etc.) is carried out, incorporating the results of the check.

6 Client check
The client also checks the work, followed by feedback to the translator.

7 Second check
A final check is made of the translated text, the layout, and the delivery format.

8 Delivery
The final work is delivered within the delivery deadline.
