Planning,
proposal |
| Careful
descussions are held to decide the consept, then a
proposal is prepared on this basis. |

Direction |
| We
decide the page divisions and site layout, then give
guidance to our designers, writers, engineers, and
other production staff.

Reportage,
data gathering |
| We
gather the necessary materials, and start the writing
process. When there are different language versions,
we translate the original, or, if necessary, commission
native staff to do the writing. |

| 4 |
Visual
design, system construction |
| We
process the work into DTP, web, CD-ROM, or other final
formats. If necessary, we create programs and continue
the process up to system construction. |
|

| 5 |
Delivery |
| We
deliver the work in the desired format and medium. |
